Trauma and Beyond offers daily, 90 minute individual sessions for each client in our PHP and IOP, providing the in-depth support need for true trauma recovery. Our modalities expand as we grow our amazing team, and we’re thrilled to offer:
We also offer DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, ACT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, NARM, and many others. We tailor the selection of modalities to each individual client.
Our programs also include skill building, process, and experiential groups, as well as the extended support of our Alumni and Loved Ones groups.
Specialized Treatment for Dissociative Disorders
We’re proud to announce new chapter in care for Dissociative Disorders at Trauma and Beyond.
Our agency has undergone a multi-year training and development process to create a program truly attuned to the complex needs of clients with dissociative disorders.
This includes Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Other Specified Dissociative Disorder Type-1 (OSDD), and Depersonalization/Derealization Disorder.
We aim to provide care specifically tailored to treat dissociation. Our team members, including leadership, individual therapists, and group leaders, have completed extensive training and continue to engage in consultation with leaders in the field. We have created program procedures and structures to support dissociative individuals.
We aim to create a truly personalized healing experience for individuals with dissociation, and believe our program now offers highly specialized care.

Clients in both our PHP and IOP programs receives 90 minutes of individual therapy each and every day.
This means clients sees an individual therapist every single day of their program experience, offering truly intensive, focused trauma therapy.
Fully Licensed Therapists
All our therapists are fully licensed at the masters or doctoral level.
Each client in our PHP and IOP is able to work with a trained and experienced LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.
