Additionally, records related to alcohol or drug use are further safeguarded under the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Confidentiality Law. Generally, we cannot disclose your information or identify you as a client without your permission unless allowed by law. In some cases, more stringent state laws may provide additional privacy protections.

Other uses and disclosures not listed here will require your written authorization, which you can revoke at any time unless already acted upon.
