About Sarah:

Sarah Bernson is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, relationship coach, trainer, facilitator and advisory board member of the youth empowerment non-profit, All It Takes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science and a Master’s degree in educational psychology. She worked with special needs children and supported trauma healing for their parents at Cedar’s Sinai hospital, Cheerful Helpers Child and Family Study Center, and has had a private practice since 2008. During the pandemic she collaborated with All It Takes on a documentary called a Trusted Space, which explores a socio-emotional paradigm that supports students returning to school after the pandemic. Sarah worked with the students in terms of recovery from trauma post-covid.She was also the staff therapist for Boston Breakthrough Academy, which teaches leadership skills to people from age eighteen onward. Her goal in every endeavor is to provide environments in which people of all ages feel safe to express their feelings, and work through history’s of complex trauma.
