About Jenny
Jenny received her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. She completed her training at Awakenings Treatment where she provided individual and group therapy to provide healing from trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and symptoms of bipolar disorder. Jenny then gained experience working for an eating disorder treatment center first as a therapist and then as clinical director.
Jenny provides an individualized approach to each person drawing from narrative, humanistic, attachment, solution-focused, DBT and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as providing EMDR therapy. Jenny believes a trusting relationship is key to successful therapy so she strives to create a safe and collaborative environment for clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves for long-term positive change.
