About Jessica:

Jessica is a psychologist in training, in her 3rd year at California Lutheran University, working toward her PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Jessica has been working under the supervision of licensed psychologists and therapists for over five years, gaining experience and knowledge in trauma-related disorders, OCD-related disorders, dissociative disorders, and crisis management. She has previously worked in a variety of treatment settings, ranging from residential to intensive outpatients.

She supplies guidance and support to all of her clients while maintaining professional, yet empathetic boundaries. Her passion resides in working with individuals who have been affected by trauma, women and men who experience postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as working with underserved populations.

Jessica graduated and currently holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. She has been involved with the counseling and psychological services (CAPS) provided by the Board of the University of California, advocating and educating students to normalize mental health.

Her academic research interests and current dissertation revolve around the field of perinatal mental health.
