About Jamie :

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Jamie’s passion is to empower clients to regain a lost sense of self ~ to live, love, laugh, reclaim and embrace optimal health. She serves as both conduit and compassionate catalyst for clients to access their inner wisdom and create effective, lasting change. She maintains an unwavering hope for healing those who grapple with the dis‘ease’ of trauma, addiction and mood disorders.

The majority of her training and experience has been in the addiction and dual-diagnosis realm at myriad world-renown treatment facilities in Malibu, CA. She also has extensive experience working with those who suffer with eating disorders, all via a trauma-informed lens. Prior work experience as an investigative journalist, media relations specialist and radio host inform her ability to put others at ease, engage in life-changing conversations and offer a safe and grounded space for healing to bloom.

Jamie received her BA in Psychology at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and then went on to receive her MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. Jamie has a Private Practice in Santa Monica, CA where she works with individuals, couples and families.
She is a member of CAMFT and was named to Cambridge Who’s Who In Healthcare in 2010 and then honored as a VIP in Mental Health from Cambridge Who’s Who in 2011.
