About Nadine

Nadine graduated from her masters program in Clinical Psychology in 2015 with a focus on healing from a holistic perspective with an emphasis on trauma and the utilization of eco/wilderness therapy, somatic approaches, resiliency and post traumatic growth.

Nadine has had the privilege of working with people who are suffering with PTSD, C-PTSD, DID and related issues since 2014. Her personal approach is warm, passionate, empowered, purposeful and authentic. When working with clients, compassion, empathy and faith in the client and their process are primary.

Nadine believes it is important to nurture the strengths, interests and passions of a person while encouraging radical self love and acceptance. As an ecotherapist, she integrates nature based modalities, nested with various forms of resourcing to support clients in building self care skills and mindfulness. These all work together to facilitate a deeper sense of wellbeing and connection to Self, which in turn can support a person on their journey of ongoing healing and becoming whole.

Nadine is trained in EMDR, (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing,) CRM (Comprenehsive Resource Model) and is also a Certified Trauma Specialist. She continues to study and learn about various ways of healing and resolving trauma such as Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing and Sensory Motor.
