Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy

Tuesdays at 3 pm.

This group will focus on supporting clients to reconnect to felt sense, using breath and movement towards regulation and increased resilience, using yoga, meditation, and breath.. Led by Celeste Mendelsohn, C-IAYT, ERYT500.


Women’s only Trauma Skills Group for increasing Emotional Regulation

Thursdays at 6:15 pm.

This group will focus on skills to help regulate the nervous system while increasing capacity for self soothing, connection and healthy relationships. 10 week- series. Led by Terre Bridgham, MFT.

Mindfulness and Somatic/DBT Informed Trauma Skills Group

Friday’s at 10 am.

This group is designed to specifically assist individuals in better managing behaviors, emotions, and thoughts while working with day-to-day challenges and applying DBT skills. Focus on self-compassion and the development of the four modules of Dialectic Behavior Therapy, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. 10 week series. Led by Clyde Blair, MFT.
